Gayley N. Henry is the Director of Residential Services for WJCS Community Programs. She is responsible for the oversight and overall operations of twelve group homes for adults with intellectual and emotional disabilities. She joined WJCS in 2000 as a Residence Manager and, throughout the years, was promoted to different levels in Community Programs. She has over 25 years supervisory and leadership experience
Ms. Henry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, minor in Human Behavior, and a Master Degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
