William Mullane, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist who completed his doctorate at the University of Southern California. He serves as WJCS’ Director of Innovation, Integration, and Community Partnerships. In this role, he identifies opportunities for innovation in WJCS’ behavioral health clinics and related programming, often leading these efforts, while also leading efforts for WJCS’ behavioral health programs achieving competency around supporting individuals with substance use as well as co-occurring disorders (co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders) and establishing and managing WJCS’ integrated OASAS Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment Programs. In these roles, Dr. Mullane also helps support WJCS’ ongoing commitment to making effective evidence-based treatments accessible to all, including individuals and families in some of Westchester County’s most socially and economically disenfranchised communities. In addition to these roles, Dr. Mullane also facilitates collaboration between WJCS and a wide array of community and governmental partners, serves on multiple community and governmental advisory boards, and co-chairs and represents WJCS at multiple committees for Westchester County Department of Community Mental Health and more. He is a sought after expert in the provision of co-occurring competent care and a number of other areas.
