WILLS & BEQUESTS
A bequest through your will or trust supports WJCS for years to come. We partner with FreeWill to provide a free, online estate planning tool that makes it simple to create a will or trust and designate a bequest to WJCS. You can also speak to your financial and legal advisors about the best way to include WJCS in your estate plan. The WJCS Development Office provides sample language that can be included in your will or will substitute. A bequest left to WJCS in your will or trust can be expressed as a fixed amount, percentage of your estate, or specific piece of property.
If you’ve already included a bequest in your estate plan to support WJCS, please fill out this form so we can update our records.
Additionally, you can designate WJCS as a beneficiary of a non-probate asset (such as a 401(k), IRA or life insurance policy) to support our services and community for years to come.
